This stove is a piece of junk. Ours is 7 years old and is on its SIXTH igniter. Enviro’s warranty is worthless. They have no presence in the US and are untouchable. Their customer service is a joke; they basically ignore you. Also their replacement price is FIVE TIMES higher than can be found from other sources. Had my son not been able to replace the igniters (practice, lots of practice makes perfect), we would have more than paid again the cost of the stove for parts and labor. Stay far, far away from this company’s products!!!

Environment Mini A Love it A lot of adjustment for different quality pellets! Easy to clean.
I bought the Mini used last Jan 2013 and installed it myself in Sept 2013. Direct vent to outside, straight duravent extending straight out of wall about 16 inches. I also installed the fresh air vent. I did not need the fresh air vent but when I hit the power strip shut off by accident the unit smoked really bad. I am hoping the fresh air eliminates this in case the power goes out. Anyway, I love the stove. It burns clean with zero clinkers. I have burned about a ton so far with no issues. I am amazed how well it runs. I shut is down and clean every 2 or 3 days. I have an Englander pellet furnace in the basement. It is 56k btu and holds 240lbs of pellets. But wife and I still got alittle chilly in the tv room when the temps dipped into the teens. The mini eliminates this and wife and I love it. We burn both stoves on max when the temps are really low. It was 9 last night and got up to a house that was 72.
