   These pellets are your best bang for your buck ! If you don’t clean your stove regularly then you may want to burn a more expensive brand. But I clean daily with an ash vacuum. And then deep clean monthly removing the plates inside the stove. And yearly I remove the blower motor and clean the passages out. And the chimney pipe going outside. If you don’t your stove will not burn properly unless you run it on high constantly. Which is something that you can do every week for a short time to help push the ash through the stove.also I have a bucket and a large kitchen colander I sift the pellets with when each bag gets down to a quarter of a bag. The cleaning of my hopper and the bucket shows the difference. If you do these things you can burn these and they are way cheaper than anything else out there.

   I've tried them all. Frequent sub zero temps in Oakland MD. More snow than Anchorage Alaska. Running these in a TSC90 from Trac Sup. Running 5 years strong no issues at all that I didn't cause by not cleaning. Wife works at Lowes so we get a deal. Go through about 3 ton a year of this brand. More ash than most. Still, burns good. Primary heat. Clean it daily. Ash vac it weekly. Deep clean monthly. Runs 24/7. 0 issues with these in 4 years. 3 ton a year. If you're having issues, your pellets got wet/moist, or your stove isn't clean. That's all.

   Huge levels of creosote. Large clinkers all of the time. Unnatural smell. Lots of ash. Cleaned stove almost daily with these. Never again.

   I have purchased this product for my pellet stove and all I get is a high creosote level and excessive clinkers have had auger jam repeatedly i am having to clean my flu pipe and stove every bag burned and sometimes twice for one bag also have a distinct petroleum odor with these pellets I don't recommend this product for home heating I have even woke in the morning to large amounts of smoke in my home because all my pellets want to do is smolder

   I’ve been using Green Supreme for several years. My latest load is terrible as it does not burn effectively and leaves a tremendous amount of ash. Due to the current formula, I have to completely clean my stove every 2 weeks and empty ash can every week.
   Compared to last year, when I only did a total clean 2-3 times, this is unacceptable.

   They fail to ignite sometimes
   The failure to ignite creates a flash that is not safe and create smoke.
   Way more ash then other premium grade pellets

   Dangerous! These had fire back up into hopper because of jams from three inch long pellets! This happened three times in first hour. I had to empty out the hopper with a can, disassemble and clean all the soot and tar inside the hopper and feed tube that had become jammed up. If I were not home my house would have burned with my dog in it. These should not even be for sale as pellets. These WILL burn houses down. In addition, they are filthy, dusty, and all around garbage.

   They will burn your house down. Don't have time to list all the cons but the first con should be plenty to make a decision.

   Been using these and pellet stove for 15 years. They are not safe anymore. Ash doesn’t drop into bin like it should. Clumps up and blocks flame and smoke. Unsafe!

    Ran these for 12 years no issue. This year me, my brother and neighbor bought a total of 10 tons. I had 2 ton left from last year and the bag said Allegheny blend. This year they say Northeastern Blend and are HORRIBLE!!!! The ash is unbelievable and I had to double the heat setting to get any heat out of them!!!!! If the bag is marked Northeastern blend……STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! If you have to pay a little more for another brand…..DO IT. Next year if the bag says Northeastern blend I will not buys these!!!!!

    Love the pellets been buying them at Home Depot for years but this skid I had 16 bags that came apart at the seams

    I have been buying these pellets for years. What happened to the quality? They are dirtier than Heaters. We pay for pellets and get sawdust what’s up with that you need better quality control

    I started burning GS northeastern blend February of 23.ive burned NEWP for 8years... great pellet. I find GS northeastern blend just as great!!! There the same pellet as NE and are made at the same mills and wood. There great. I just bought 3 ton from HD and I can see why people had water problems with them. When they load the truck , there not careful taking the skid off the pile.When they delivered my pellets,I had rips on the covers of each skid. I taped them up and few days later I brought them in my porch and every bag was dry. Hope this helps burners to look at there skids when delivered.

    I have used green supreme pellets in past years and have always liked them. However this years batch of pellets have been totally annoying. I have been going nuts trying to get them to burn properly. They have been building up in the pot way way too much! I have to clean out the burn pot every 24 hours. If I don’t the ash int the burn pot builds up into a huge block. I have even had it build up to the point that the pot overflows and backs up pellets where the fall into the pot. I am concerned that this is very dangerous and may start a fire.
    I have been adjusting the feed rate, the exhaust rate. Replacing clean out gaskets and more. Trying to get these things to burn better. I am still having backups. It has been driving me crazy and feel they are unsafe. I can’t leave my stove unattended. I thought today I would look at reviews and see if it was just me. I now see that many people are complaining about the same exact thing. I bought 4 tons of these pieces of crap this year and still have half of them left because I haven’t been using them unless I am home to monitor the stove. I feel the company should offer a recall on these as they are dangerous. I worry constantly that they will backup and start a fire in the hopper.
