   I have been burning Greene Team Pellets in two Harman 52i-TC Pellet Inserts since 2018. Purchase at Lowe’s. They have been consistently excellent. Low ash, very minimal fines. Thermostats on the Harman make for excellent management of quantity I use which is typically 1-1.5 bags every 24-28 hours between both Harmans. I love everything about the Greene Team Pellets except for the continued price increase. Initially started at approx $4.50/bag and now in 2025 price is $8.49/bag.

   If you like to clean your glass and empty your burn pot after every bag, then these are for you. The dirtiest most inefficient pellets I ever tried and they where $2 a bag more. Lowes should be ashamed to have there name on the bags.

   I ran out of my Northern Warmth Supreme Douglas Fir pellets and family member gave me 3 bags of Green Gold. I have found they have a very high ash content requiring cleaning every 60-90 minutes of accumulated ash approx 1/2" -3/4" in height by 2" depth along the front of the burn pot. Need to run stove at 85 degrees to get very inconsistent temp no greater than 78 degrees. Burn rate too fast. Not for me. Family member agreed with me and mentioned they were more expensive than his usual very reliable pellets.

   Hi Rob,
   I have a Breckwell Big E pellet stove and did a comparison between your Preminum Plus and Platinum pellets.
   Bought a ton of Preminum at Lowes and saw the Platinum pellets also sold at Lowes.
   Being nearly $2.00 a bag more expensive I was wondering if indeed they were better.
   My freshly cleaned stove was burning Preminum pellets before in a heat range of 120 degrees on low and 140 on medium heat setting.
   Ran the pellet stove out of Premium and loaded the TWO bags of Platinum for the test.
   At the end of the 2 bag test it was disappointing to see that there is virtually no difference between the Preminum and "better Platunum", which were stated to burn hotter, at all. All heat setting were the same for both products.
   Seems Green Team is falsely advertising there products.
   Emailed the name on the bag for customer comments but , Rob is MIA or heard it all before, no reply

   Buying supreme pellets for years very pleased till this year Think the put the cheaper pellets in the wrong bags Pellets liter color way more dust These pellets should of been bagged in the clear bags not solid bags Vary Displeased

   Been burning pellets in free standing Enviro M-55 for many years...it is possible these are the BEST PELLETS we've ever burned.

   Best pellets ever been buying for years from Lowe’s .I really can’t say enough great heat burns long , low ash . Clean I buy 6 to 7 tons a winter.
