My fourth winter with my xxv. Very happy with it. Had one problem with the distribution blower motor going bad. Dealer replaced and have had no problems since. I would highly recommend any Harmon stove but I love my xxv
We have had a Harmon XXV for three years. The mother board needed replacement with-in a month of installation. It has been very inconsistent in operation ever since. The customer service is dependant upon the retail dealer and again has been very poor. We are left with an attractive, expensive and close to worthless stove.
I’m into my second Winter with the Harman XVV and I’m still very happy with it. I’ve had zero problems and it keeps my house toasty warm. It doesn’t have a bunch of fancy buttons and lights like some other stoves have but I consider that a good thing…less failed electronics. I find the thermostat to be incredibly accurate – it keeps the rooms at a steady temperature with hardly any fluctuations. Highly recommended!
Just got my xxv up and running in past 2 months. Very satisfied so far.Very silent easy to operate (my 12 year old daughter can operate and clean it ). Good heat output, simple controls and quite economical for the heat output. Its the only heat source in a 800 sq ft sun room with high domed ceiling and alot of glass. Very little ash from 20×10 kgs of pellets.Looks like traditional stove and most importantly does not cause a problem for flat screen tv located directly above. I’m happy with its preformance and strongly recoment this stove
