   There's so much sawdust it clogged my auger and my burn pot with just one bag . I have a whole pallet of these I can't even use. I feel cheated.

   I have been using HEAT'Rs pellets for over 5 years now. They have been the LOWEST ASH, HIGHEST HEAT pellets I've bought, and I've tried 4 other brands. We ran our stove 12 hours continuously last winter during a coldsnap and had about a hand full of ash in the morning.
   So far I have not found any brand that compares to use in my stoves.

   Use these pellets last year in My pellet stove, unfortunately, I ran out before winter was over. I had to switch over to an inferior brand big mistake, the other brand with total trash..

   I used these pellets this last winter and they burned just fine. I had about a cup of ash per bag and they lasted white a while per bag. I will be looking for another pallet this winter.

   Greetings - I have been using Heat'rs pellets this season. However, I have found that this product contains a lot of sawdust and thus I'll be looking for a different manufacture.

   I bought these pellets at Costco because they were $1 a bag cheaper than the Green Supreme by Lignetics. These pellets don't burn as hot and leave a ton of ash. They also burn much faster than the Green Supreme. I have a Quadra-Fire stove. Not worth the $1 a bag saving. I'm going back to the Green Supreme. Don't understand how anyone can give these a good rating

   I've used Heat'rs pellets for over 15 years. I purchased 100 bags at Home Depot. While unloading the bags, I had to staple 11 bags because the corners where not sealed. I also had to tape the sides of 9 bags because the seam was starting to split. Of the 30 bags that I have used so far, 3 were half pellets and half saw dust (ground up pellets) You need to check your quality control. Very dissatisfied with this years purchase.

    Huge pellets that break easy. They burn terrible and leave a giant ash pile. The coldest pellet ive burned. They dont heat the house they clog up the stove

    I use Heat'rs pellets every winter. On the coldest snowy days, my family stays very warm and get too hot if we turn up the wood stove. Very little ash is made. I empty my ash bucket once a month or month and a half. I use a garmen pellet stove. I am very pleased with the Hear'rs pellets and know we are getting the warmth and efficiency we need every winter. Thank you

    I have no pro with this product . when people learn to clean out stove properly at end of season and seal it from the elements off season only then you can move on to the next task . continued in cons section.

    22 years burning pellets and unless you buy two bags and burn them through , you'll never know what your buying . my Whitfield profile 20 stove burns paper white and very hot allowing me to use a quality silent 6 inch in-line fan that smoothly circulates the air in my house from downstairs to upstairs making fairly even temperature possible. a Panasonic 6' in-line fan is the only one to buy and duct it properly . all brand pellets differ year to year except for stove chow , eastern and t.s.c. . they are crap always . do your homework, burn some through and when you find good ones, buy a few tons with the same lot number ti assure your getting the same batch and nothing else . GOOD LUCK

    Heater pellets the worst yet in wood pellets

    Dirty beyond belief. I have qurda fire pellet stove and never have I had to clean it every two to three days to keep the ash from overflowing the fire box. With just about every other brand it was every 10 to 14 days clean out

    Dirty. Less heat out put of any pellet I have used. They are the dirtiest wood heating pellets I have ever used. I am trying to take them back to Homedepot, but I think they are getting so many back they are trying not to take anymore back. What ever you do, please don't buy these pellets. Worst mistake you can make.

    Heaters are the best in my opinion, my stove really enjoys this brand over all the others I have tried. Burns hot with little ash. One bag lasts me 2 days which is great considering my stove runs 24/7 through the winter.

    Burn hot with little ash, one bag lasts me about 2 days keeping the house at 72 degrees.

    Hard to find, our small community had a hard time getting them in and staying in stock. They sale like hot cakes here.
