The Keystone Wood Pellet brand was manufactured by the New England Wood Pellet Company, the oldest and largest pellet manufacturer in the Northeastern United States. Today, Keystone pellets are still made in the same Pennsylvania-based facility with a great deal of pride in quality and craftsmanship. Our stringent quality standards apply to every pellet in every bag and exceed industry standards. And while a primary goal of our company has been to constantly improve upon and evolve our premium wood pellets, one thing has never changed: our dedication to making not just the best performing wood pellets in America, but the most trusted, too.
Keystone Wood Pellets are a high quality, premium grade pellet fuel made from a blend of hardwood species and we welcome you to give them a try and enjoy a whole new level of warmth and efficiency.
Summary
I have not burned these pellets yet and would love to get a bag in the mail for this 2018 season.

They changed the mixture. Now there’s soy oil added to it and they changed the bag to a clear bag. They used to burn completely with some ash and a very small amount of charred stuff in the bottom. Now there is in burned clumps in the burn pot that’s white and you can kinda make out pellet shapes. Also now I have white ash deposits all over the inside of my stove.
What are you doing differently to the pellets, they are burning twice as fast and making more ash. I heat my house with your product and I have for years and have never had this problem. My Harman stove is running at optimal performance, cleaned twice as often now and it’s costing me a small fortune!
