   I have been purchasing bbq pellets for years and recently in 2024 i have not been able to contact them. I finally called and they have a voice mail message that says they have ceased operations. The website is still active, should be shut down.

   Pros

   • They WERE a good company.

   Cons

   • They are currently out of business.

2. Are you kidding on the 5 star? The pellets are great, I agree but the service is horrible. Last year it was one excuse after another, broke machinery, not open, wouldn’t return calls. This year we ordered 4 ton in June. They said they would call as soon as they started running in the fall. Them they said we could come get one ton for now. I am not going to have our friend drive the semi over for one ton. It is now November. Still on hold. Won’t call us back. I’m thinking we will get a wood stove
