I purchased a Lennox Bella Pellet Stove in 2010 and had to have a major repair done on it every year since. We cleaned this stove 2xs per week and were not told about the extensive cleaning process when we bought the stove.
The first year after many service calls they found the proof of fire switch to be bad. The second year the blower fan went out and now the third year the igniter will not light the pellets. Would not recommend this stove. Too many bells and whistles and they go bad.
Love this stove. Look at several stoves makes and models. Looked at several web sites and made my choose and very happy with it. Like the Lennox brand and the Bella was the one I have in my house. Works great and has a great look.Very happy.
