   I burn the Green Supreme Pellets in my stove. Last year I would clean my stove every 5-7 days with very low ashes. This year I’m having to clean it every 2days with lots of ashes. The pellets this year are more like what you get at the bottom of the barrel. Found a lot of wood (not pellets). I live in Virginia not a lot to choose from. It’s either Tractor Supply (which will not run in my stove shuts down every time) or Home Depot and Lowes and they both sell the Green Supreme. Very disappointed.

   I am having the same problem. It shuts my stove down. Now I have to try to clean the whole thing out and return the unopened bags, get some more somewhere else.
   A real pain - I am not happy.

   Have been burning these pellets for years and have found them to burn hot and clean. Very low ash. I can agree that last years bags were very thin and caused numerous problems. Seems they are using a thicker bag this years, however having many problems with pellet jamb due to over-length pellets. My Harman stove suggests pellets 1/2" to 3/4" with Max length of 1 1/4".Numerous over 1 1/2" and many as long as 2 1/2". Long pellets causing jamb at auger inlet. Stove will shut down and have to dig pellets out to clear jamb. Too bad, they burn well otherwise. Not worth the hassle. Long pellets are also hard on the auger motor.

   Hi I have been using your product for Years but this Year Ten bags were not sealed all the way and when I opened them Pellets were all over the pallet It made it hard to handle lot lost

   these are one of the only brands available in my area, and they have been getting worse every year. ash is terrible cleaning stove every 3-4 days because the ash is so bad which make cleaning the pipes and clean out more frequent. heat out put has gotten worse as well, never used to run my stove full throttle but have to or turn on the gas furnace to help it. so with that being said and the only other brands available in my are made by the same company I will just be going gas furnace for now on. pellet fuel prices used to be cheap compared to oil and gas now its cheaper to turn the gas up.

   I have burned the original white and red bagged pellets and very happy with them .
   But these new pellets in the green and clear bag I'm sorry to say they suck.
   More ash and definitely less quality and more expensive I'll definitely be looking for a different pellet for my next purchase I have 1 more ton to buy .my normal is around 3 ton a winter. Best wishes for your company a dissatisfied customer.

   Pellets are good Your packing sucks to say the least. The new packing this year is no better than the last 2 years Quality Control???? New Pallets!!!!

   I've used Lignetics pellets every year since 2014 and have been very pleased until this year. I purchased 2 ton from Home Depot. The bags and packaging appeared like pervious years but while breaking down the first, found 14/40 bags with broken weld seams and the outer bag extremely fragile (light green) and breakable. I am using the dark green o over bags from previous years as they're still good. If you don't go back to the previous styles of bags I'll need to rethink future purchases.

    The quality has dropped off significantly of the last 2-3 years. I first noticed it with the bag change that did not protect the product as well, lots of moisture allowed in causing the pellets to swell and disintegrate. Now the pellets are soft and crumble easily and there is also a lot of sawdust in the bags. I always used Lignetics because they ran best in my stove but because of all the sawdust and soft pellets the auto igniter doesn't work as well and the hopper has a lot of sawdust in it. I bought 2 tons in September and they are unloaded and put away so I'm stuck with them but I will start researching for a different brand before I buy any more Lignetics. I usually burn about 4.5 tons/year.

    I've been burning a pellet stove since 2005. I always swore by lignetics pellets. In the last 4 or 5 years the quality has really gone down while the price keeps going up. When you break a pellet between your fingers they don't snap like they used to. I used to recommend them to everyone. Not so much now. Very disappointed in the quality. The packaging is poor also. They used to be the best you could buy and I never minded paying a little more for them. Now they just aren't worth the price.
