new england wood pellets
I’ve been burning pellets for 20 years. these are the worst pellets I’ve ever used burns real dirty, some of the pellets are 2 inches long witch jams the auger, bought 2 ton and about 35 or so bags are ripped so far i have about 20 bags left on the pallet big pain sometimes just picking them up and setting them on the porch the sides rip open.

Quality is terrible this year
I have burned New England pellets exclusively for the last 5-year and with very good results. I bought 6 ton very early in the spring and now that I am burning them I can not tell you how disappointed I am with the quality this year. Very little heat, high dust and high ash. This is the same company that produces the crap box store brand Green Supreme. I will never buy a Lignetics (Parent Company) product again.

Perforated holes in BAG!!! WHAT?!!!!
I’ve used a few different brands from the place I bought my stove, mostly from Canada, and never had the problems I’m having with this product! can you actually believe they perforate the pellet bags?! SERIOUSLY?!! Any third grader knows that this kind of wood product absorbs moisture like a SPONGE!!!

Worst pellets out there
These are absolutely the worst pellets on the market in my area. The bags are full of dust, the pellets burn too fast and create way too much ash. With a different brand that has been available locally, I get 24 hours of burn time per bag in my Harmon stove. With the New England pellets under the same circumstances, I get 12 hours of burn time. My advice – DON’T buy these!!!

Splitting bags and sap???
We’ve been buying this brand of pellets for years. This year the bags are all splitting open, they seem like they weren’t sealed correctly on the sides. We had 4 ton delivered and there were about 12 bags that had split while on the pallet and all winter bringing them in we had to handle them so carefully because they’d split open so easily. As far as burning, I feel like my stove has a gooey like substance left almost like sap inside. I’m wondering if they’ve changed their pellets?

No More Quality!
I find the QUALITY IS MISSING, I have used and have burned theses pellets exclusively for over 15 years no others EVER. This year I have to clean the pot out about every 6-8 hours without fail. There has to be a change in process or materials in product very disappointed and will try another brand.

Quality is gone
I’ve been buying these pellets for about ten years. They pop like popcorn and keep the firebox clean. I empty the ask every three days. Last year I couldn’t get them, I was too late. This year I got three tons of no pop pellets. I have to clean the cake out of the firebox every eight hours. I will never buy these again. What happened to the process?
