platinum pellets do not produce very much heat
Jim Larson: I bought about 20 bags in November after my initial assessment was good. I also bought two tons of hardwood pellets from Sam’s Club here that I love even better. All my pellets are stored either in my non heated shop which has a concrete floor or in my third garage. I burned a couple bags of the Platinum Fire Pellets with no issues a couple of days ago (February)
problem with Platinum Fire pellets. Stored outside on covered porch. Brought inside for 24 hours prior to burning. Pellet grate is properly inserted. Pellets are not burning completely. Building up black pellets in grate. Unburned pellets backing up into shoot.
Anyone else with similar experience?
