I have the Quadra fire MT Vernon AE installed in 2008. I have have a Tecnition come to the home twice one time for the igniter for the first time and replace the forest pot thermocouple which was an upgrade. Second time was to replace the fuse which I was not comfortable doing.I have done most repairs myself. Good stove buts out the heat of a woodstove.

Quadra-Fire - Terrible stove
This stove is a complete lemon, one of the worst purchases I have made in a long time. We have owned a Quadra-Fire pellet Mt Vernon stove for about 10 years and it has broken down every year for the last 6 years. It’s one of the most expensive stoves on the market, looks nice but consistently breaks down and usually it takes a month or more to get someone out to look at it and then it takes weeks to get parts. I would give a zero rating if I could.
