Very good pellets
After years of using our pellets we have to try the SIH pellets. I was suprised that they burn very good, low ash and clean window of the stove.

I have had a lot of problems with large lumps and swollen pellets this year. the thing I noticed is that you quite using the thick black plastic on your pallets and the rap that you used is not uv protected so the dealer had to retarp your product after it flaked off . More than likely that is what caused moisture to enter and lump the pellets. Please go back to the thick black plastic

So this is my 4th season using SIH pellets in my Lopi Fox Fire insert. 2 years ago there was some long pellets but that was taken care of last year the pellets were the best quality size and almost no dust my hopper stayed clean as ever. I just got my first 2 tons for this coming season I put one bag in the stove just to inspect and they look real good. It is August and I want a fire Crazy I know. Hopefully they will be as good or better than last season. I live in N E Texas so pellets are not as common as the northern areas and as such I make sure to order my pellets in advance every year or I will go without or have to drive 150 miles one way to find them. Attwoods supplies SIH pellets in my area.
Use same Quadrafire used to heat sunroom for 8 years and have use SIH pellets for 2 years. Pellets work well, good heat, moderate ash(stove ash bin 3-4 times per ton) and some bags have excess dust. Simple fix for dust is to use a fan to blow dust away while filling 5gal buckets to make carrying easier. Local suppliers here are mostly big box stores so low price is key so no guaranty that same supplier next year.
