  1. Statesman by Hamer Hardwood Heat Pellet performs best for my stove

These pellets burn hottest in my stove. I have tried Lignetics, O’Malleys and AWF White Pine pellets. These are much hotter and have less ash than O’Malleys but cost a little bit more. They are less expensive than Lignetics and AWF Pine. They have as much heat as Lignetics and a little more ash, but the price difference makes this my go to! They are the exact same pellet as Hamers Hot Ones but when bagged for Southern States, they are branded as Statesman. Full disclosure – I work for a company that sells all 4 brands. I buy 2 ton of Statesman for my stove because they perform great and are most economical for the heat produced. We have customers buying all brands and the biggest difference is they brand of stove they use, so try a variety out by buying 5 bags of several types and test them. Our store’s biggest seller is O’Malley pellets – they are the cheapest. I would only use them early and late in the season when Statesman are too hot because they don’t produce enough heat for my drafty house and they leave clinkers in my stove. Lignetics bridge in my stove and AWF are very pricey.

  2. They're hammers

Burn fair. Some Ash, some soot, tons of heat. Don’t know why the headline says statesman. They’re hammers hot ones. Confirmed with hammers. Exact same pellet.
