The reason for the consistently high quality? Unlike almost all of our competitors, we use our own wood fiber from our other operations. By controlling the quality and moisture content of the wood fiber, and using the most advanced manufacturing technology in the industry, we’re able to consistently deliver a high-quality product. Not a good experience
These pellets were exceptional with the heat output and the low ash content, but, the biggest issue that I had was the poor packaging. I certainly would have purchased them again but out of the 6 tons that i did purchase from pellets direct in Uxbridge MA. i probably lost about 10 percent due to moisture seeping into the bags. I have purchased many a different product that I have never had this problem with due to extra consideration from the manufacturer to pack them properly. Just sayin, that is my experience and I got no support from the manufacture or the distributer. Pretty sad.

Not Good
I have been burning soft wood pellets in my Enviro Fire Insert for 15 winters. With no where the issues of these. Heat not great, pellets have a smell to them, leaves clinkers in my burn pot no other softwood pellets did this, have to clean the stove out every couple of days due to ash build up, other brands up to 10-14 days before cleaning. The quality of the bags we not good the 6 ton that I purchased all had a pencil size hole in them near the top of the bags. I regret buying these and wood not recommend them to anyone.BAD,BAD, BAD just does not say enough about these pellets

Awful. Worst pellets
Used for 1.5 season. Nothing but problems with my stove since. Creosote build up is terrible. Chgd up all my gaskets so that isn’t the issue. Lousy pellet. Tons of dust/ clinkers. Home Depot pellets first 2 yrs never had and issue. These pellets will ruin your stove.

Quality pellets
These pellets work great. Trouble free burning unlike some of the cheaper brands. They all claim to be premimum and this brand truly is.

no luck
Went through 3 auger motors and 3 bearings this season. Last repair lasted 2 weeks. Auger keeps clogging with these pellets. Looks like they are breaking along the horizontal and this may be why they jam. Stove works good until it jams and then gear teeth break and the stove goes down. I have been burning pellets for 15 years from Shaw,
groupe Savoie and walmart – these this season are the worst!

Too much dust
At the first of the winter, the pellets were great. But the last two lots have been disappointing. There was so much dust and fines that there are lots of sparks and twice the auger became totally clogged. First time I called repair person. Second time I saved myself the service call and fixed it myself. Not cool.
