Not a brand i would recommend, i have to clean my stove twice as much as other brands.

very poor
quality control is horrible just purchased a ton of their red bagged pellets most of the bags are filled with 1/4″ size pellets, they jam the feeder and the stove goes out constantly, they also produce so much ash i have to clean my quadra fire pellet stove daily, i burn 2.5 tons of pellets per year and i will not buy cleanburn again

I have burnt the clean burn brand pellets for years now and work at a local stove shop in Yakima Wa. The white bags the pellets really seem larger than now the red bags the pellets are smaller. I’m noticing lower heat output now the temps outside have really dropped. Thats going to mean burning at a higher feed rate to accomplish same heat output that costs us even more for heating coasts. Any explanation from Clean burn company would be appricated. I’m thinking of chang brands at this piont.

Dont ever use these
When my stove came up for service, my cleaner asked if I’d been using Clean Burn Pellets, as there was major damage. He sees this in most stoves using Clean Burn Pellets. I switched to Bear Mountain and havent had an issue in years. My stove was only 2 years old at the time. The guy that fixed my stove did not sell me pellets.
