I have a Mt Vernon AE, burning Dry creek flawlessly switched to these. Nothing but problems auger keeps getting jammed, to much ash, burn twice as much. These are junk and should b pulled from the market after reading the reviews.
Hello pellet burners, I bought 3 tons of Fiber Energy pellets. I have been burning pellets for years. This is the first time I have had trouble keeping a fire. Had to modify the burn pot to keep it going. I have the same problems as the others. I will not buy these again. They look like they are made out of pine bark. Of course they are hardwood.
Purchased ten bags of the ULTRA pellets at Bluestem Farm and Ranch in Emporia, Kansas for my Lennox Winslow pellet insert. They were the WORST pellet I have purchased. Found straw in the bags and LOTS of dust and fines. Bought the Premium pellets and thought they were better so bought a pallet full to use. BIG MISTAKE. They burn cold and create clinkers in the burn pot after one or two bags that must be cleaned out for the stove to work right. Pellets are longer than others and have to use a ruler to keep the auger full. Would not suggest buying these pellets.
We bought 3 tons for the winter December 2014, and they are the absolute worst we have ever seen. And like Tim B the bag is full of dust, the pellets are falling apart and for the first time the Harmon is not heating the house. We have had to revert to our furnace.
Purchased in Nevada, Missouri at Southerlands. Called to have them returned. We are not the first customer to have issues with this the Fiber Energy Product Pellets at this location. What a mess!!!!!!!
I bought Fiber Energy wood pellets from Tractor Supply in Flanders NJ and the pellets are by far the worst pellet I have ever burned in my Harman stove. The pellet bags have weak seals the bags are full of dust and fines. The pellets burn with more than the average amount of ash and form clinkers in the burn pot. When I dumped the bags into the stove hopper it looked like a dust storm in the house. I will never buy them again.
Horrible, horrible, wood pellet. Doesn’t burn hot. Lots of ash. Lots of dust in the bags. Smoke smell like others have said. Been burning 2 tons a year for ten years so I know a thing or two. Purchased at tractor supply in Virginia.
I have a Jamestown j1000 bought pellets at tractor supply worst pellet made went to bed woke up smoke smell in house pellets won’t burn just all ash stopped up burn pot they are junk
We also purchased 3 ton of Fiber Energy pellets this winter. ( 2013/2014 ) There was so much dust in the bags, that they burned up really quickly & did not last as long as they should. The last ton we bought were so long & big they would not go through our stove. We have a Harmon & it has always worked great. Until these pellets. They Stopped up our stove so bad we had to dip them out by hand. It was a mess!!!!!!
I purchased my yearly supply of wood pellets from oeschlens farm supply in Topeka ks in Oct of 2013. I had pellets left over from year before so did not use new pallet until December. When started to burn pellets I noticed they were a much longer pellet than I had used before. Some measured 2 inchs in length. I took them back to orschlens and they replaced. Now I get new pallet and there is so much fines in bag ,i am having a hard time burning. I have a lopi hertiage bay model. I just thought I should bring this to your attention. I will probably not buy anymore of your pellets.

These pellets burned wonderfully. I bought 3 tons, and so far they are the best I have ever purchased. Highly recommend buying.
