Summary
I have not burned these for some time and would love to get a bag in the mail for this 2018 season

Every bag of purchased pellets, so far, have had a double line of holes in the bags and the fines are unreasonable. I assume that the excessive ash is because of the holes in the bag. Why would you put wood pellets in bags with holes in them to allow the moisture in?
I’ve been using these pellets all season in my Harman Advance and I’m very happy with them. Much better than the stuff at the big box stores.
Don’t get this brand. Horrible pellets. The pellets clumped up and filled my ash pot after about 4 hours. Heat not so good.
I have been burning pellets for 4 years. This is one of the worst pellets that I have burned. Way too much ash! Too boot, I payed $309 at ton! Unfortunately, the high demand this season is creating a bunch of subpar pellets. This is not a premium pellet.
bought three tons this year and find them to be a good quality pellet with low ash and high heat for the money. Use to buy New England wood pellets and I find these superior. There are a few fines but the quality of the burn is so much better!
Have been using these pellets for many years loved them got my first ton for this season and there is so much dust and crumbled pellets very disappointed what is up we have a Millan by Enviro insert
Dirty, dusty, full of fines, and a ton of ash. I have to clean the pan every 2 to 3 days. I will never get them again. They have lost my $$$ forever. You get what you pay for.
geneva pellets are a good pellet.read alot of bad reviews decent pellet for the money.heat and ash are fine.
just had a Harman insert installed.wondering if it’s worth it to spend the extra money on Geneva super premium pellets?
I wanted to know how people are getting 18 to 20 hours per bag are you on low getting these numbers I use about 2 bags in a 24 hours I clean my ash and pot every day no matter what pellets I run take all my plates out and clean once a week and clean my fans and piping every 4 tons
