I have used a pellet stove to heat my home for 15 years now. Your pellets are by far the absolute worst I’ve ever used. Absolute junk. So so much sawdust in every bag. And absolutely the dirtiest I’ve ever used. I clean the glass on the door and 2 days later, the black junk is back on the glass. More clunkers than I have ever seen. I will NEVER buy your piece of shit product again. I’ll drive 200 miles to get pellets if I have to before I EVER buy this crappy product again. You’re about to get blasted on social media about how shitty your product is. NEVER AGAIN !!!!
I have used Heatrs for about 10 yrs.and the only problem I had is the bag sealer does not seal very well.Pellets leak out.If the other folks would check their pellets before the load they would be better off.Home Depot does not their pellets under cover so buyer beware!!!
Absolutely the worse. Ash and deposis filled my pellet stove in just 2 days. Had to turn off and clean . Usually I can go a month between cleanings. Horrible.
I purchased 10 bags from Home Depot so I had enough pellets to get me through the Thanksgiving Holiday. The pellets had gotten wet and came apart in a couple of the bags making nothing more than sawdust out of them. The bags were cheap and almost all of them either had tape over a hole in the bag or just plain had a hole in the bag and pellets leaking out. I guess taking a short cut on pellets is like buying a cheap insurance policy, you get what you pay for. Sure glad I didn’t buy a ton of pellets!
The worse brand we have tried. A lot of sawdust that can clog the auger. The pellets don’t burn as hot, there is a lot more ash than other brands and the ash quickly turns to a hard form of concrete that causes stove to fault that can’t blow out of the way. We wake up to too many cold mornings as this is our main source of heat.
I have used Heatr’s pellets in my stove for the last 6 or 7 years. They have and continue to burn well. My problem is, that the bags ( the 40 lb bags themselves) on the last ton I bought, are flimsy. Moisture got in and ruined probably 15 of the 50 in the ton I bought. I went back to Home Depot, where I bought them, and the lady told me that they (Home Depot) got a lot of complaints this year. She was kind enough to replace the bags that were bad, and I was really gentle with the way I loaded them and the way I stacked them when I got home. As the winter went on, it was apparent, that the replacement bags were just as bad, Based on my experience and from what the lady at Home Depot related to me, I have to assume Heatr’s, in an attempt to hold their pricing, has started using flimsier bags made out of a material that does not support the 40 lbs. of product they are supposed to contain. For that reason, I will no longer be buying Heatr’s pellets in the future.

Total Garbage Pellets
Garbage product every negative review is correct. In seven years of burning pellets I have never seen a pellet so worthless.
