Don’t let the 33lb bag fool you! there is a lot of heat in that little bag if you have the right equipment. my stove has separate auger and blower controls and this pellet requires more air flow to burn properly. with the right setting I cam minimize the amount of ash produced by this brand, use less pellets and maintain heat output but I find additional cleaning is required to maintain good combustion and heat. if the 33lb bag is still a problem the price per bag in Nova Scotia when broken down to price per pound is in line with other brands such as Can wick and Eastern Embers
Burn well and give a good heat but lots of ash compared to other brands I have used.
But their bags are on 33 lbs and not 40 lbs like most others.

Of all the pellets I have burned I find it odd that this product comes in a 33 pound bag where all the others are 40 pounds. I also paid more for these than others.
My mother is concerned that she cannot purchace true burn in our area any longer.
