Poor Quality, not good for Pelpro
Not great quality. Right after our local store switched to this brand and we started using, our pellet box started to get a hard clump of ash in the bottom, blocking the ignitor. Every cleaning I have to remove that hard clumped cake of ash, and on top of it, now our ignitor no longer works. This has never happened until we had to buy this brand, Green Supreme. Heat also is sub par compared to our local Heartland brand.

Green Supreme Softwood
Live in Colorado. Purchased at Lowes. These pellets work well in my Harmon Accentra stove. The quality of the pellets were much better than Western Wood Products. Pellet size was more consistent and a lot less fines in each bag. I believe that the source of this softwood out here is ID.

Disappointed
After using a pallet of someterset pellets in our new comfortbilt stove we returned to our local store to buy more with none available we left with the green Supremes after burning less than 10 bags totally unsatisfied didn’t realize our stove could make so much junk they credit up the firebox within a couple of hours we had been running sometimes for days on the Comfortbilt with absolutely no problem We returned the green Supremes honestly I don’t think we would use them if they had been free

product quality dropping
I just took delivery of two tons of pellets from lowes concord nh..out of 100 bags 95 had holes in the same exact place…had to tape each bag before I could put away…last year bought from cyr lumber franklin nh,,had 15 wet expanded bags unusable,,,think your quality control needs to get on the ball,,,i like these pellets but im rethinking my thoughts

Horrible pellets
Bought these pellets from Lowes because I ran out of the Vermont pellets that I normally purchase and I needed a few more weeks to get through March. These pellets are so awful that I would prefer to just use up my oil for the rest of the month. One bag and I need to empty the tray. I go weeks with the Vermont pellets before cleaning the tray. I have a Harmen pellet stove and these pellets do not work well in there at all. They burn SUPER fast, the ash build up is terrible so a total wast of money. I will be sure to order enough of the Vermont pellets next year so I dont fall short. Vermont pellets are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Green Supreme Pellets
Have been using Green Supreme pellets for a couple years now they are the best pellets I have found. They have been the only source of heat we use. Low ash content. I have had to use other pellets due to stores run out of Green Supreme and I am not as happy with them. Other pellets don’t get as hot and have a higher ash content which means more stove cleanings. My opinion from the past few years Green Supreme pellets are the best..

I have used these pellets for over 5 years and would not use another pellet. We have an old harmon stove and these pellets are great!! the stove is our only heat source and heats 1100sqft and an old cape so I trust them. We have no problems with them getting stuck in the auger or anything. Burns very hot and we clean the stove once a week. I have tried others and we LOVE green supreme.

Horrible pellet s
I am not one to compliance but unfortunately, I have to speak my mind…I have been using Green Team pellets since I’ve owned my pellet stove with no issues what so ever… however, I read some reviews on the Green Supreme and being a few dollars less at Lowe’s…I decided to give them a try…I bought two tons and had them delivered as always. I first noticed that the pellets we’re lighter in color from Green Team that have a dark hardwood color. I also noticed that the bags are thinner and the pellets are slightly bigger. Ok, now to my major problems…from day one, these pellets would constantly get stuck in my auger causing my stove to shut down…I would constantly have to unclog the auger oy to have it get stuck time after time…it got jammed so bad that my auger screw broke part of the sheer pin and cut through my auger screw… nothing but an issue because I now had to deal with the manufacturer in trying to resolve this problem…these pellets not only forced me to by another auger screw at the cost of $120 but they burnt out my auger motor as well, another $70. I am so frustrated with these pellets and how bad they are manufactured…it is a terrific shame what I had to go through… photos of how much damage these pellets cost me..my stove manufacturer agreed that these pellets are of poor quality and have had many customers calling complianing that they also have had problems with there stoves, only to find out it was because of these pellets…. unfortunately, I cannot return them back to Lowe’s and after replacing the auger screw and motor I am still faced with these pellets getting jammed. Just praying I can finnish off the season without and more issues that are costly because of these pellets….
